About

For many, human trafficking feels like something that is seen only in fiction or in parts of the world far removed from ours. But human trafficking is here and touches everything in our lives. Its effects can be felt in the clothes we wear, the food we eat, even the media we consume; and its tremors vibrate through our neighborhoods and homes.

This conference is about raising awareness of human trafficking. Education is the cornerstone of creating a bulwark within our communities against this danger. Our speakers will share their knowledge and experience so that together we can help Fortify Alabama.
